Roll Quality Scoring
Every unique, set, and runeword gets a percentage score and a letter grade based on actual D2R stat ranges from game data. 47% Shako versus 94% Shako. You know the difference without doing the math.
You have mules.
You don't know what's on them.
And when something drops, you don't know if it's good.
Packmaster is a free D2R stash tracker. Scan any item, score the roll, see what it's worth on Traderie for every item on every character and mule you have.

From the Community
"My god the stash management in D2R drives me crazy. Been playing for months and still can't remember which mule has what gear. This actually looks pretty useful for console players. The phone scanner thing is a clever idea since we can't just alt tab like PC guys."

"This is a game changer if it works well. As I type this I'm taking a break from transferring my shared stash to mules, documenting it all, and then eventually listing the items."

Save file tools are excellent for offline characters. Packmaster exists for everyone.
I'm ksib. I'm a designer and tool builder by trade. I've been playing since the release of Lord of Destruction. When D2R launched on console I was back in immediately; PS5, couch, no alt-tab, no second monitor, no spreadsheet open on the side.
Reign of the Warlock helped. Loot filters. Runes and gems finally stack. Shared tabs across characters are a real improvement. But I still had mules I couldn't search and drops I couldn't evaluate. And nothing tells you if what just dropped is actually good.
So I built the tool I needed.

waiting long enough.
