Is that drop worth keeping?
A bad roll on the right item still beats a perfect roll on the wrong one.
The Oracle reads an item against your characters, their gear, and every copy you already own, then tells you what to do with it and why.
Claim your StashFree to use. Three Oracle evaluations a month, no card.
Packmaster is a free stash tracker for Diablo II Resurrected. It logs every item across every character and mule you have, scores how each one rolled, and lets you search all of it at once. Console, PC, online or offline. Nothing to install.
The Oracle is the part that tells you what is worth keeping.
Tens of thousands of items scanned so far. Live trade values come from an official Traderie partnership.
What it looks like
When a craft beats a legend
Fresh craft, famous amulet. Which one earns the neck?
Wearing
Seraph's Hymn
Just crafted
Grim Talisman
Best home: HAMMERTIME
Hammertime is your Blessed Hammer caster and this amulet's +15% FCR would push him from 113 to 128, clearing his 125 breakpoint with room to spare, while also adding +2 Paladin skills, life, and lightning res on top. His equipped Seraph's Hymn gives +2 All Skills and undead bonuses but nothing toward FCR, so this Grim Talisman is a straight breakpoint upgrade for his casting speed. Move Seraph's Hymn to the stash as a spare since it still has value for a Defensive Aura build, but Hammertime should wear this now.
It did that math from Hammertime's actual gear, not a tier list.
When you already have one
Forty more coronets gambled. Did this one beat what you have?
Stashed on a mule
Storm Veil
Just gambled
Ghost Crown
This is a Sorceress caster helm and Blizzballer is your only Sorceress, but she's already wearing Nightwing's Veil for cold skill damage and more defense, and swapping to this Ghost Crown would only add 10% FCR while she's nowhere near her next breakpoint at 200 anyway. You already have a near-identical rare, Storm Veil, sitting on a mule with better rolls across the board (85 Life, 31% Fire Res, 28% Lightning Res vs this copy's 41 Life and 18% Lightning Res), so this Ghost Crown is strictly worse than gear you already hold. With no one to wear it and a better version already banked, list this one since it should still fetch a decent trade.
You forgot what the mule copy rolled. The Oracle didn't.
When you play alone
Offline, no trading. Does this rare beat his Highlord's?
Wearing
Highlord's Wrath
Just dropped
Soul Clasp
Best home: BONEAPPETIT
Boneappetit is a Bone Spear and Bone Spirit caster, and this amulet feeds that build directly with +1 Necro Skills, 10% FCR, and a chunk of mana. His FCR sits at 63 with the next breakpoint at 75, and this amulet's 10% closes most of that gap in one slot, something Highlord's Wrath cannot do since it carries no FCR at all. Highlord's Wrath gives +1 All Skills and IAS, but IAS is a dead stat for a pure caster, so it's actively contributing less to his damage and cast speed than this amulet would. Equip the Soul Clasp on Boneappetit and stash Highlord's Wrath as a spare.
Offline means no trading, and the Oracle never suggests one.
Three Oracle evaluations a month. Free account, no card.
What it reads
- Your characters, their classes and levels
- What each one has equipped, merc included
- Every copy of that item you already own, even ones forgotten on a mule
- The item's rolled stats against its full possible range
The more of your account is filled in, the sharper the answer. When something is missing, it tells you what it could not see.

Why this one costs money
I built Packmaster and I pay for it. The server and the scanning get more expensive as more people use it, and I have been covering that.
The Oracle is different in scale. Every evaluation is a call to an AI model, and those cost me more per use than anything else in the app by a wide margin. It is the one feature where one person can run up a real bill on their own.
That is why the Oracle has a limit, and it is where Pro started.
Pro is also what keeps this getting built. Packmaster is a side project run by one person, and the things people are asking for next are not small. Subscriptions are what pay for that time.
Short answers
- How do I know what is worth keeping in D2R?
- Tier lists can tell you an item is good in general. They cannot see that your Hammerdin already wears something better, or that a mule is holding a stronger copy. The Oracle answers for your account: keep it, sell it, or trash it, with the reasoning. It works on uniques, sets, rares, crafts, charms, and jewels.
- Should I keep or sell a good drop?
- Ask the Oracle. If someone on your account should wear it, it says who. If nobody can use it but it still has trade value, it says sell. If it is genuinely worthless, it says so plainly.
- What if I just signed up?
- The Oracle works better the more it can see. With one item and no characters it can still read the roll, but it cannot tell you where the item belongs. Log a few characters first and it gets a lot sharper.
- Does my stash disappear if I cancel?
- No. Nothing you have logged is ever behind Pro. You go back to three evaluations a month.
- Do I keep evaluations I already ran?
- Yes. Anything the Oracle has told you stays on the item.
- Is item scanning limited?
- No. Scan as much as you want, free or Pro.
- Is unlimited really unlimited?
- Yes, within reason. There is a rate limit to stop scripted abuse. Use it like a person and you will never see it.
- Is there a season pass?
- Not this season. I am considering it for next season.
- Will more things go behind Pro?
- Nothing that is free today will ever move behind Pro. New features may land in Pro, and some will be free. That is the line and I am not moving it.
